- Custom features developed upon request
If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

Digital marketing services include:

Because these services involve time, expertise, research, and implementation, refunds are not available for services already provided.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales results.
4. Advertising Spend
Any advertising budget paid to third-party platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
is non-refundable through WebNexa.
Refund requests for advertising spend must be directed to the relevant advertising platform, subject to their policies.
5. Monthly Service Plans
For recurring monthly services:
- Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once services have commenced.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Consultation Services
Fees paid for consultations, strategy sessions, audits, and advisory services are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of WebNexa.
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact WebNexa directly to attempt resolution.
